We would like to send our invoices by email...

… and need your support for this. We also want to minimize our footprint and make our contribution to the environmental goals we have set ourselves. At the same time, we also want to take a further step towards digitalization.

We would like to As part of our optimization processes, we plan to send invoices electronically from 01.02.2024.

We therefore ask you to agree to this and support us in this area.

As before, you will of course receive all freight documentation attached to the corresponding invoice. Just as you are used to from us. From 01.02.2024 just electronically.

The advantages of electronic shipping outweigh the disadvantages:

  • Saving time & shipping costs
  • Reduction in material costs
  • Reduction of input errors
  • Simplification of archiving
  • Reduction in paper consumption

 

Please let us know your electronic receipt address (email) promptly so that we can store it in our system. Please send your consent and the email address to Mr. Ingold. If you have any questions about digital invoicing, please do not hesitate to contact us at Mr. Ingold.

From 01.02.2024, we take the liberty of charging a fee of CHF 18.00 / consignment for the postal dispatch of invoices and any accompanying documents.
