InTraLog Hermes has been part of Swiss Post Cargo since 18 May. With this step, our services are gradually being integrated into the Swiss Post Cargo brand identity and continued there.

For you this means you benefit from stronger networking, expanded transport and logistics solutions and an even closer connection to the international network of Swiss Post Cargo – while quality, reliability and personal support remain unchanged.

What exactly is changing?
You can now find products and services from InTraLog Hermes on the Swiss Post Cargo website. You will automatically be forwarded to the corresponding content on www.swisspost-cargo.com.

The InTraLog website will remain online. This is particularly relevantwith regard to the service portfolio of InTraLog Overseas, which is not being integrated into Swiss Post Cargo until the end of the year.

What will stay the same for you?
Nothing will change for you as a customer in your day-to-day business:

• Your previous contact persons will continue to be available to you
• Processes, services and contracts remain unchanged
• Telephone contact options remain the same

During the course of the integration, the e-mail addresses will gradually be converted to Swiss Post Cargo. We will of course ensure that you can continue to reach us reliably at all times.

InTraLog Overseas: integration at a later date
InTraLog Overseas is being integrated into Swiss Post Cargo at a later date, provisionally at the end of the year. In the meantime, all content, services and contact options for InTraLog Overseas remain unchanged.
