Hello Thierry, what aspects of InTraLog have particularly attracted you and led you to choose us?
InTraLog is a medium-sized Swiss company that has evolved significantly over the years and has been part of Swiss Post for a few years. We are specialists in our field, we know and understand the needs and expectations of SMEs. We listen, we understand our clients, we adapt to their needs, and we offer tailored solutions.

Can you outline your responsibilities in a few sentences and tell us what you deal with on a daily basis?
I have over 20 years of experience in transport, logistics, and sales, initially in express, then in road transport, and I have also enhanced my knowledge in air and sea freight. I listen very attentively to my clients, I understand them, and I always seek to add value to their daily lives. For clients, I am the sole commercial contact for all types of transportation and logistics needs. It’s straightforward for them. We have a trusting relationship, and they know they can rely on me to help them and find solutions.

Work is only one half of life. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I have two children whom I adore. I live for them and support them daily in their schooling as well as during their extracurricular activities like basketball and horse riding. Personally, I have set myself a goal to walk for at least one hour every day. This helps me relieve stress, and at the same time, I listen to music, which is also good for health.

What is the funniest feedback or the most amusing reaction you have ever received from a customer?
I remember a prospect with significant potential whom I was determined to win over. During our first meeting, he told me I had no chance, that he had the best prices and services possible, and that I was wasting my time. That didn’t unsettle me, and I stuck to my approach and plan. Ultimately, thanks to my company’s strengths, the client’s needs, and the specific solutions we had, I closed the deal and helped the client grow his business. We became friends, and I can drop by for coffee whenever I want.
